Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

- 8 entire chicken thighs, skin and bone included
- 1 pound of little red potatoes
- One bag of baby carrots (16 ounces)
- 1 pound of green beans that have been cleaned and cut
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Minced garlic cloves, 4
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and spices.

- Put four thighs in the bottom of a six-quart slow cooker and pour half of the sauce over them.
- Put in the rest of the thighs and the potatoes and carrots. Pour the rest of the sauce over the top.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours with the lid on.
- Add the green beans 30 minutes before the cooking time is up.
